At Zipp&Go, You may request a return or exchange under the conditions described below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt or confirmation email) must be provided.

Returns vs. Exchanges

  • Return: The item is sent back and, once approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchange: If you want a different size or model, contact us first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage during delivery, or a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that are clearly marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Customised or personalised items (unless faulty).

  • Items missing original tags or packaging, or that show signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@zipp-go.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  3. Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Retain proof of shipping until your refund or exchange is complete.

  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or send out the replacement item.
